Returns Policy

Online Purchases

We accept Returns within 14 days of order (excluding sale items and which we do not accept returns on) (for Preorders within 7 days of receiving order) in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customers expense and items must be sent via express post to the address below with the tracking number recorded. Once we receive back we can process your refund or exchange.
For all returns we need to be notified within 7 days of purchase by email tealily@gmail.com with the details of your return or exchange and we can hold the exchange item until we receive your return. If you have any questions please let us know as we always aim to be as helpful as possible!
 

Boutique Purchases

For any purchases made at our boutique, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on an item returned within 7 days of purchase, with tags attached and in its original condition.

We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed faulty by us.

No return on sale items Online or Instore or items purchased during promotional sale periods.
