Returns Policy

Online Purchases

We hope that you love your new Tea Lily purchase - In the event that you don't please be aware of the following policies and consider these when making your selection.
We do not accept returns on any SALE ITEMS this includes Items reduced by promotions or with sale codes entered at checkout and all Sale Items that have been reduced in price. We can not accept returns on Fascinators & Accesories so please also keep this in mind when making your selection.
For Authorised Returns they must be shipped back to us via Express Post within 7 days of receiving order.  Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customers expense and items must be sent via express post to the address below with the tracking number recorded. Once we receive back we can process your refund or exchange for the Value of the Item/s less original postage charges if any were paid.

Exchanges

For any exchange requests please email tealily@gmail.com with the details of your return and what you wish to exchange. Check the website for stock availability and we can hold the exchange item until we receive your return. Please enclose a Prepaid return satchel for your exchange to be shipped back to you.

Afterpay

Please note any refunds where Afterpay has been selected as the payment option refund amount will be for the value of items purchased less afterpay fees.

 

Boutique Purchases

For any purchases made at our boutique, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on an item returned within 7 days of purchase, with tags attached and in its original condition.

We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed faulty by us.
